Meet Jen

Jen brings years of dedicated experience as a certified newborn care specialist and night nanny on the South Shore. With a calm, nurturing approach, she focuses on establishing soothing nighttime rhythms, supporting gentle sleep shaping, and giving new parents the deep rest and peace of mind they deserve.

Meet Molly

Molly has held a lifelong devotion to caring for babies and young children. As a dedicated Newborn Care Specialist, Postpartum Doula, and mother of four, she brings both deep professional expertise and rich personal insight to every family she serves. Molly began her career as a licensed elementary school teacher. While she cherished her time in the classroom, her path naturally evolved toward early childhood care and family support after welcoming her second child. Over the years, she has worked closely with families as a nanny and newborn care specialist, finding her true calling in guiding parents through the gentle transition of the newborn stage.  In her work with growing families, Molly provides holistic, compassionate care tailored to each client's unique needs. She offers expert guidance with infant feeding, establishing healthy sleep routines, supporting postpartum healing, and helping older siblings adjust to a new baby.

Molly resides in Plymouth with her husband (a high school principal on the Cape) and their four active children. When she isn't supporting new parents, Molly stays deeply connected to her community by substitute teaching at local elementary schools, spending time at the beach, and cheering on her children at their soccer and basketball games.
